6.1.In order to ensure that the transactions on the platform are legal, compliant and ethical, and to protect the rights and interests of users, the following clear provisions on the age limit of user recharge are formulated:

No topping up for minors: If it is verified that the user is under the age limit, the Platform will strictly prohibit any topping up behavior, and take appropriate measures to restrict the use of relevant payment functions, while clearly informing the user and his guardian of relevant laws and regulations and platform policies to guide minors to establish correct consumption concepts and values.
6.5. Responsibility of parents/guardians: Parents or guardians should properly keep personal payment account information to avoid minors from obtaining and using it without authorization. If it is found that minors are recharging without authorization, the parents or guardians should contact the platform in time, and the platform will assist in handling the refund and other matters in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation, provided that the parents or guardians provide sufficient evidence to prove that the recharging behavior is done by minors and is unauthorized.
6.6. Platform responsibilities and obligations: The Platform has the obligation to continue to improve the age verification mechanism and top-up supervision system, actively cooperate with the supervision and inspection of relevant departments, regularly review and check users' top-up behaviors, timely discover and deal with top-up behaviors that violate age restrictions, and effectively safeguard the trading order of the platform and the legitimate rights and interests of users.
6.7.As an important part of the user's top-up privacy agreement, this age restriction clause has the same legal effect as other provisions of the agreement. Users should carefully read and fully understand the contents of this clause before performing top-up operations, and voluntarily accept the constraints of this clause. In case of any questions or disputes, users can contact the platform customer service for further explanation and assistance at any time
We may update this Privacy Agreement from time to time to reflect our business developments, changes in laws and regulations, or other relevant factors. We will post the updated agreement on our website with an effective date. If you continue to use our Services after the Agreement is changed, you will be deemed to agree to the changed terms of the Agreement.
